I'll start out by saying that if I can get this to work out this knife WILL become my EDC, and I'm really hoping that is possible. I have a G10/S30V Leek that I am trying to put a framelock slab onto. I have two framelock slabs from standard Leeks and neither of them will lock under the blade. One of the two will go under the blade with "moderate" pressure, but I need/want it to operate correctly (I don't want to have to push the lock every time I open the knife). Is there any adjustment I'm not thinking of that might bring things into alignment? Should I try another framelock? I have seen several people make this switch and haven't seen this as a problem for anyone else, so I'm at a bit of a loss. Any ideas/info/spare parts would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!!!

Without seeing it I don't want to say "do this," but would grinding the lock lever or the blade help?

If I understand you then I see 2 options: 1. To VERY CAREFULLY file the end of the lockbar. 2. You could contact a member here by the name of STR, he does things like that. Here is STRs thread, you can get his homepage and email from his profile. STR specializes in framelocks, if he couldn't make the SS one from the other Leek work he could make you one out of Ti.
