Wonderful looking knife Mike and a great video as usual. Impressive steel! Just one question that has been niggling me for a while: why a 'friction' folder and not a regular frame or liner lock? Seems an odd choice of 'locking mechanism' if I can call it that.

Hey Friend.
Hope your doing well..
Thanks for taking time to post..
Great question regarding the Friction Folder.

Locking folders are Illegal in many, many places and many of my clients live in these places..

My custom Linerlocks start at $1,200.00 and go up..
My custom Friction Folders start at $399.00 and go up..
In the base case we are expanded our client base trying to get to the base of the pyramid in regards to baseline pricing..
I am a barefoot shoemaker who understands that not everyone can spend $1,200.00 for a "folder" and thats where the VP comes in at $399.00

Thanks Mike, makes a lot of sense. Didnt think about you having clients in places where a locking folder is illegal.
