Detective work. Is this a knife?

I got an email with this picture and at the bottom of the picture it looks like an OTF knife, but not one that I am familiar with. Could be something else though. Does anybody recognize this as a knife and if so what brand / model is it?

Too bad it's a flashlight, I thought it might be some new OTF knife. It does look like a pretty cool flashlight though. Thanks for the reveal guys.
 
I like how they strategically placed the R next to their logo so it would cover the Spyderco logo at the top lol
 
It is a stream light, I have handled one on the tool truck, it’s nice, pocket friendly and even has a pocket clip, nearly the exact profile as an OTF knife. I nearly bought it, but the tool man wanted too much and I already have a 13 year old stream light stinger I use everyday that’s still going strong so didn’t actually need another. That thing has taken a beating, fallen into oil and coolant, survived hundreds of drops on concrete, wore out the original switch after 5-7 years, and one lens from welding burns, but still running original bulb and battery. Best flashlight I have ever owned.
