I had a 6 day turnaround on my THE WALLET--sent me a new one, no questions asked.

I have a T.H.E. J.R. and something I don't care for is that it's a bit difficult to get change out of the change pouch if a plastic ID card is in the inside transparent slot. I keep my photo ID in the outside slot, though, and it's just fine there. I suppose I'll use the inside transparent slot to hold business cards or something soft enough so that it doesn't interfere with removing coins from the coin pouch.

I gotta say my T.H.E. is one of the best investments I have made the last few years. I carry it everyday in many different conditions and the only thing is , it has a bit of B.O. (lol) from sweat and so forth and its lost a bit of it's color (black) , other than that it is fit as a fiddle.
Yea they have a great warranty , check out thier website or call them up , very friendly folks !

You are correct. they were VERY prompt in responding to my email and will be handling it. Not bad for a 5 year old wallet
