If you can find the proper size torx bit, you can try tightening the screws holding the handle together, particularly the ones going through the stop pin. I had the same issue with my Military, the lock would slip a little bit, just not enough to unlock. I tightened the screws going into the stop pin, and the blade play disappeared. If you have an older one, you might want to try adjusting the pivot along with tightening the stop pin screws.
