Yep, that is right, a damascus spoon.
A couple of years ago, Devin posted a thread here with this item:

This is Devin's impression of a Grey Kunz Sauce spoon, described by a professional chef as thus: "A gift from a former chef, this implement has been with me through the hell and high water of hot kitchens, enabling me to sauce plates, baste, stir, taste, pick up garnish, and form quenelles out of various purées and sorbets. The shape and concavity of the bowl, the length and curve of the handle, and the balanced weight has made it the most superior and indispensable working spoon in my arsenal."
This, I thought about a 1 1/2 years ago, is a must have item, and I wanted Devin to make me one in stainless Raindrop pattern damascus.
Here it is, crappy cellphone photos and all:

The spoon on the right is a tablespoon by comparison.

This photo shows the depth of the bowl.
Thanks for making this, Devin, I appreciate it, and will use the heck out of it Thanksgiving, Christmas and well beyond!
Best Regards,
