D'Holder Info, Marks and Catalogs

As D'Holder was closely connected to Schrade over the past few years before they closed, I believe that info about him is relevant to this forum.

To this end, I have added a page about him (D'Holder) and photos of him making a custom knife, a page about the different Maker's Marks used by him and a rough time-line of when they were used, and, a page of the catalogs issued by him.

Great job. I know the effort and driving force behind putting something like this together is from the heart. I hope Dalton takes a look and loves it so much he sends you one of those earliest models for the collection.
