Gees... I've been a little scarce on the forum lately...why?..because I swung into the "gun" side of my obsessive spending cycle. and yes, it's the high end expensive stuff on that side to. my wife just walked in an saw ALL my Busse blades sitting out on the bed and I quote "awwwe shit!!..here we go again"

No no no. Nothing to see here. No Cupid Ganza coming or anything of the likes. Go back to your guns for at least another two weeks. You can trust us to let you know if anything good pops up here.

That's funny, the pendulum has swung back to the gun side for me too. Got tired of The Walking Dead and then John Wick 2 dropped... :D

I'm anxiously awaiting the release of the Desert Tech MDR. Interested in the Trijicon Accupower 1-8x scope for it, but need to do some more research. Then I *NEED* an AI AXMC .338 and the legendary Barrett .50 to complete my gun collection. Except I'm really in trouble if suppressors get dropped from requiring the tax stamp. Going to do a safe spring cleaning and get rid of any non-user knives (except for my CS TG14) to raise some cash.

But the question still remains...what high end expensive weaponry are you getting into?

I do the same. Go from guns and gear to blades. Problem is being stationed in PR guns are hard to get, so mostly knives now. Once I head back stateside I'll go back to firearms I'm sure. Need one of the new Q bolt rifles!

Fortunately, the resinwife is OK with my knife buying.

But that is because it gives her cover to buy stuff, as well. Of course, her stuff is useless piffle, and my stuff is important ... but that's another story.

While I have often considered buying a MSR of some sort, the practical side of me continues to win out, by pointing out that I have neither the time nor the place to go shoot it. It would end up standing in the corner next to the Henry .22 that I had bought on a whim, and have hardly ever shot.

Ive taken a break myself on buying, I have a custom on the way, and that will be the last for a while.
Ive also got bitten by the archery bug,, so there goes a whole different hobby to spend money on :D

I figure I can shoot my bow all summer long in the back yard,, instead of dropping +$20 every time I go to the range.

I know your pain. I go from guns, to watches, to knives, to flashlights. Nothing high end, but it ain't cheap, either.

I guess I'm fortunate. Whenever walking dead comes on the wife asks if we need another AR, and shouldn't I be loading ammo rather than watching TV?

I recently was bitten by the flashlight bug. Oh boy. How many flashlights could someone need? I'll could T and let you all know.

But. If I had to choose one to use and carry every day, it would be a solid quality light that uses AA batteries. Way easy to find.

I kind of got back in to Off Roading, picked up a new "Money Pit" lol I mean a Project lol

Haha, had myself convinced for a few years that I was "all set" on my firearms... But sure enough it was only a matter of time before I got the itch again. :D

Maybe not super high-end, but something I've lusted after for a long time.

Ohhh I'm the exact same. Glad to here I'm nit alone lol. I bounce between guns/gear to knives to flashlights lol. Just when I think I'm set CZ says they are going to release a striker fired pistol lol. It never ends I fear.

What really screws me is when I see the good deal. Like the kind you just can't pass up. You have to buy it lol. It's in my DNA I think.

I just ordered a 7.62x39 barrel and bolt for another AR build. The knife side of the safe was getting too heavy. Have to try and get it balanced out.

I have been able to resist/ignore the whole flashlight thing...

Archery ... yeah, I have a bow and some new arrows ... good to go on that...

Pistol? Striker fired? .45 caliber? talk to me....

Awesome pistol! 220 is high on my list.
A 210 though...
