My experience had been that about 25% of every box of Diamond strike anywhere matches have no tip or a tiny dot of a tip ts no confidence. I wrote to them, pointing this out, and they thanked me for my support of their products.
Some of you have been able to buy Penley strike anywhere matches - generally said to be superior.
Sadly, I read that Diamond has now purchased Penley. This does not sound good.
