Does anyone have on this knife its made by imperial?

It was my first knife as a kid. I spent a long time exploring the woods and whittling with a Diamond Edge scout. To this day, I still carry a pocket knife with a similar tool layout.

It's unfortunate that the can opener and knife blade are super close. Whenever I try to close the can opener it opens the knife.

That tang stamp was used from 1956-1988
