Diamond spray carrier

Does anybody know what they use for the carrier in the diamond sprays? My bottle dried out. Still plenty of diamond dust in there. Just need a way to get it back out

I bought some suspended diamond solution. It was a bit too thick for my taste so I watered it down with some distilled water.

Usually it's just water. Some are oil. Run a bit between your fingers if you don't know - yours is likely water if it's dried though.
