Diamond Tested Bimetalic Product hatchet - anyone have any info?

See the pic below, it is a small hatchet with nail puller, it looks pretty well made, it is stamped (in an unusual place) “Diamond Tested Bimetallic Products”. I’m wishing now I’d have just cleaned up the handle, but I picked this up quite a while ago, before I know what I know now.

Anyway, any info would be appreciated!
