OK,

New question.

What's the most surprising/unusual place you ran across and bought or traded or begged and received a Busse?

I traded a few away at an electronics store in Tupulo(spelling?) Missisippi(spelling)

I got the manager of a store to come out and install a CD player in my truck parked in a parking lot at a knife show(May have been a Gun show) Brain Cramp, memory farts.

I was outside of this rundown bar in Tijuana once, and this Mexican biker walks up to me and...... :p :D

Garage sale. Bought an original ATS-34 Steelheart with the rear talon ground off for $25. Guy selling it had inherited it and did not know what it was. I did`nt tell him either, just bought it and ran! :D

I once was late for an Extravaganza but called in and spoke to the Janitor and he found a SJTAC for me. Some Hoggs had over consumed and a few spilled out for the little piglets! :)

That's the kind of Eureka phenomenae I'm talking about!

Thanks!

Keeps my hopes up!

Where's Jublixboar with his, "I was standing in the parking lot of THE SHOP awhile back.." story? :(

I got one from the Busse Combat Store recently. The owner was in the background giving info to his wife as she frantically tried to log onto a 'puter and talk on the phone all at the same time... :D

This deal took 2 days...

An un-used Steel Heart I with no picture went up on one of the sale forums (which forum I don't remember) at an asking price about $250 less than you would expect them to sell for. When it arrived, it was obviously not a regular production Steel Heart I. The seller told me that when he bought it, Jerry had told him that he had a knife left from a prototype run for a law enforcement group and would ship that to him. Jerry confirmed that it was one of ten protos made up to be used as a wire cutter, with a special D-guard that, when the front bolt was removed, would swing around and act with the BB pommel as a wire cutter.

I sure wish I had that D-guard!

Sorry I had to polish my Ak47's along with my induction custom. They are so sharp have to go slow...I am waiting patiently for Amy, Jerry and Garth to finish and ship my last haul from the ganzzza. Will need a new case to fill up as my other one is bustin at the seams...
