I haven't used it on fin or fowl,but love my 1/16 IB for my limited amount of kitchen duty.(I hate to cook,but love to eat,so I do cook occasionally.:rolleyes:)
Wait,I did carve a turkey breast with it so I guess that counts as fowl(not foul) use.;)
