Did anyone get a Baby Butaniku??

Was looking back at the Cupid-ganza offerings and noticed this bad boy,, but haven't heard or seen anything about it?
I'm guessing everyone was spending all their money on the Mighty Moabolo

That's on my "to do" list. I got the regular Butaniku, but it seems just a bit too long. The Baby Butaniku looks about perfect. I have an AK and Ruck in satin with black paper from some loong ago ganzaaa, and I really need one of thse to complete the set..
 
I'd be all over a 18" blade with a fuller at .26 thick. That's the Baby Butaniku I want.

I got one from Knifehunter. The Butaniku Short is amazing. Feels more like a sword than the AK to me because of the longer blade.

Is that an INFI RUCK?
 
I bought one. Balance was pretty good, but honestly the edge was far too thick, and thinning out that length of steel consistently is beyond me, so I sold it on. Pity - with a proper edge, it would an amazing blade.

Didn't even consider that, my 1111 was a pain to reprofile, can't imagine doing it to a blade that long!
 
I have a Nathan Carrothers shiv which has pretty much the same blade height and thickness. A short butaniku ground with an edge like the shiv was be awesome.
 
the long is ,well, too long. the short, if you hold one, you will take it home.

Yes, this seems to be the case with the Bussekin Sword Like Objects. I reprofiled the edge geometry on my Ruck and Waki, but sold the AK47.

Nathan is doing very cool work; couldn't really justify the Combat Shiv, but picked up the utility knife and looking forward to the upcoming chopper.
 
I sworda like INFI swords. The short Butaniku is very nice.
