Well, sorta. Actually I got my Griffith Tracker about a week after Christmas, but that was close enough

If you count buying some of the post christmas sales as christmas, then YES.
I'm now about 5 autos better - all MT I might add.

It was unintentionally the "knife before Christmas". My father-in-law gave one of my brother-in-laws a Ka-Bar marine knife. I gave him a little Ka-Bar jack to go with it.

My father-in-law gave another brother-in-law a Remington stockman. I gave him a Buck horseman crosslock (he's a roper).

My father-in-law gave me a Camillus 100th anniversary stockman, and my mother-in-law gave me a Spanish bowie blade for which I must put on my own handle.

Post-Christmas sales: I bought myself a Buck 110 with their new edge geometry--very nice. Then this week I splurged on an A.G. Russell KCC trapper.

Not expensive knives, but a good time for all.

Mrs. Claus gave me a SS Spyderco Calypso Jr. engraved by Brooks Burt.....totally awesome

My wife gave me a small Sebenza and a damascus drop point hunter by Dan Kendrick. See my 100th post for pics.

For Christmas I recieved a Chris Reeve Shaddow IV.

After Chrismas I got a Chris Reeve Moutaineer I.

I love em.

I carry the Mountaineer as one of my daily carry knives.

Nothing beats a good knife especially if some else pays for it.

My family gave me a Camillus faux tortise shell medium stockman. For my recent birthday they gave me Schrade Cutlery Co. (pre 1948) two blade pearl congress, a very nice little knife that they found in a local antique shop, a Henckels rosewood muskrat, and Levine's Guide to Knives. My wife and kids are doing a good job keeping an eye out for older knives that don't cost an arm and a leg.
