My little brother found a knife on the side of the road in / near Shertz. It's not a knife that you might find on the shelf just anywhere. Although obviously carried and used, the knife is in good shape and doesn't appear to have been run over or abused.

If you happened to lose one in the not too distant past, let me know what type you lost. If it's yours, I'll send you the knife.

My brother recently lost his job and offered to sell me the knife for $50.00. He was mad when I told him I was going to post it on here. "I said sell, not Goodwill!" I told him that he was getting his $50.00 so shut up.

I figure I am either going to buy a cool knife for $50.00 or you will get your knife back and not even have to pay a reward!

Anyone?

Once an appropriate amount of time has passed, tell us what knife it is won't you? Sounds like you really won here.

If the manufacturer of the knife has a forum here or elsewhere, you should try asking there before giving up.
If not... enjoy your new knife! (And post pics!)

It is NOT a custom, but it's not a knife you can pick up at a normal retailer either.

Time's up! No more guesses.

The knife found is a Benchmade Stryker Automatic. NSN 1095-01-577-1801. Given the huge Air Force presence in the area I figure someone was jogging with this clipped in or on somewhere and lost it. Either that or it was used in a crime and tossed out a car window. ;)

I'll be posting it FSOT shortly.
