I have looked at them before and watched YouTube videos I was more interested in getting one for cleaning my brass that I reload but I went with a tumbler
Have one, use it for all sorts of stuff. Carburetors, gun parts, small engine parts, and parts I've machined. Wood or Dymondwood into the tank.... don't seem right to me....
I used a small L & R for years to clean knives and handgun brass. Moved up to a 1.5 gallon Crest so I could clean handguns, too. A unit with a heater is a big help.
My grandmother uses one for her jewelry. Never thought it could be used elsewhere. Hmmm. I don't think it would harm dymondwood, not sure about ebony but I doubt it.
My brother and I have run wood-scaled 110s through the washing machine countless times, both in and out of sheaths. No damage to any of them. The sonic cleaner won't bother them.

, if the wood handles are a laminate (which started in 1994)it won't hurt it. WD 40 is mostly mineral oil and a little solvent. The Speciality WD 40 has more solvent and cuts carbon and gunk way better. DM
