Did Buck make 529,524 525 sheaths or slips?

Did Buck ever make a Sheath or slip for the smaller knives such as the 529 treasury, 524 or 525?
 
Some of the fancy ones like the Sterling Silvers came with a little velvet pouch.
 
My Treasury also came with a 'velvet' draw string pouch
