Did Camillus 1960s-1970s ever number the bolster? Maybe limited edition?

I aquired a 60s-70s camillus #23 and noticed a number on the blade end bolster. Not sure if it might be a limited edition.
Has a emblem of West Virginia and 1863. Thank you in advance

found out it is likely the W Virginia 1863 is 100 year anniversary and in 1963 an unknown number of a limited edition was produced for them.
