Clay,
Camillus made the 7" Marine Fighting/Utility knife with a satin/buff polished blade for a couple of years in the late 80's/ early 90's. The blade was 1095 carbon and the handle had a brown finish instead of the mil spec black.

I'll try to get exact dates for you if you need them, but the knife didn't sell as well as the parkerized model because of rust problems. I guess nobody had Tuf-Cloth's back then! Let me know if I can help any further.
