Did I get a prototype 2014 Blade Forums knife?

I recently purchased a 2014 forum knife from another member in the exchange. Nowhere in the ad or on the packaging was there any mention of it being a prototype, but it has three Ps In a circle that I didn't think much about until I was recently looking at pictures of prototypes. Is my knife a prototype?

GEC has used different etches for actual prototypes before but all the ones I've seen have either said "Proto" or "Prototype". Here's a pic of my only proto.
