Did I get a prototype 2014 Blade Forums knife?

I recently purchased a 2014 forum knife from another member in the exchange. Nowhere in the ad or on the packaging was there any mention of it being a prototype, but it has three Ps In a circle that I didn't think much about until I was recently looking at pictures of prototypes. Is my knife a prototype?

The Forum knife was the first of the #77's, hence the PPP.
 
Rye, the one you bought sure has a nice piece of stag on that pile side handle! OH
 
GEC has used different etches for actual prototypes before but all the ones I've seen have either said "Proto" or "Prototype". Here's a pic of my only proto.
