Got some militec to try out, but I got the Militec-1 Grease. Is this right? Seems way to thick.
 
crap...ok, thanks...I put some of the grease on my sebenza and it is smooth as can be, just not very fast. I'll get the oil.
 
That grease is still good stuff, for any application requiring it, so you'll find some use for it.
 
I didn't know you knife guys used this stuff. I know there was a lot of hate for it over on AR15.com. There were reports of rifles still rusting and it not lubing well (not an issue for a knife). I guess it works well on knives? I just wipe mine down with mineral oil and they're GTG myself.
 
I've used it on my Garands, it's good grease. I never had much luck with the oil on guns, probably OK for knives.
