Did I Gift Myself A Gold Membership?

New, of course. I have no idea if I read wrong, but I clicked on a $35 Gold Membership on here (I can't find the link now). I put in my username, clicked, went through PayPal, and the receipt says payments to 12 Bravo LLC. I figured that must be admin/moderator?

Not seeing the Gold Membership activated (I'm assuming it takes time?), I end up clicking on "Paid Subscriptions" and the Gold Membership is $30. Did I just gift someone $35 by accident? If I did, anyway to fix that? If not, how long does it take for a membership to get activated assuming it's not automatic?

H Harrison87 I've noticed other people say $35 for Gold; but mine has always been 30. Based on what you're saying, I wonder if the initial purchase went up & the renewal stayed at $30.

Yes, 12 Bravo LLC is the correct recipient.

When looking at Paid Subscriptions, the top section is Available Upgrades. You can only upgrade until your current subscription expires; so there will not be an option for you to purchase Gold there. The $30 Gold you saw should have been under the next section (Purchased Upgrades).
BTW - you're official.
