Did I hear DPx and Blackwater have combined?

Visiting the National Knives website just now I see they are listing "DPx/Blackwater" as a single manufacturer. Anyone have any info on this?

They've both been made by Lionsteel as far back as I remember (which is not to say forever, but in recent times at least). Blackwater and DPX being combined wouldn't change it in terms of manufacturer.

Blackwater contracts some knife designs through DPx, which are manufactured by LionSteel.
