Did Jerry have knifemaker ancestors?

Actually Im more worried about if he will have decendents making Busse knives? 20-30 years from now are we gonna have a 4 year wait just like Randall knives have today. Can we look forward to Busse knives for years to come?
 
just for reference, that is a single fuller wich is common, and the handle is like actual rope, whereas jerry's is the inverse, as though the rope was pushed into the micarta, then removed. lol... and the its a center hump, as aposed to a hump based close to the index finger....

i see the similarity though

20 or 30 years from now I’ll probably have that many knives to rediscover that the ones from now will seem new. A 4-year weight would be okay: I could gamble on whether the knife was going to make it before I wasn’t around anymore.
