Did l buy a fake ?

Hello , Gentlemen. Many of you here know me as a long term Spyderco lover :D. But recently , l am having doubts about a knife which l have purchased. I bought it in a Fair here in Greece for 45 Euros. It looks EXACTLY like a Black FRN Spyderco Squeak. But the Knife has a Locking Blade. It has Spyderco N960co on one side of the blade. On the other side of the blade is " Golden Colorado USA Earth". I initially purchased it thinking that a lockback version of the Squeak DID indeed come out.
But l can't find any information online. Also l know that Squeaks are made in Italy. Not Colorado.
So can some one please help me identify whether this model is a fake or if it is a genuine Spyderco ? I repeat. It looks identical to a Squeak but it is a lock back and has " Golden Colorado , USA , Earth " on it.
Any help would be appreciated.
P.S : please hurry. The fair ends in two days. I can still return it before then and get my money back :(
 
45 euros for a possible fake at a fair?!? even for a genuine squeak I feel that is no good deal....
 
Sorry to say, there is no locking folder made in Golden that bears any resemblance to the Squeak. The only thing even remotely close would have been the original US made Meerkat with it's oddball "phantom lock" and those, IIRC, were 440C sp the steel markings would still be wrong.

You gentlemen are all 100% correct :) I returned the knife today. The stall keeper attempted to convince me that it's a good knife by flicking it open. The thing just came apart :p The guy DID compensate by giving me a Spyderco Grass hopper though.

If he's selling fake Spydercos... the Grasshopper is probably fake too.
