This is my Cold Steel Master Hunter in Carbon V, I think it came out pretty good for my first time. I still have to epoxy it which I will do after dinner.

I would love to hear about the process. I have a couple CS khuks which would benefit from micarta. Thanks for posting.

That will come out nicer than the rubber!
Clever to drill the shallow holes for the epoxy!

The process was pretty str8 forward, I found a handle design I liked. I then traced the whole handeless knife and tang and basically drew the design on a piece of paper, got it where I wanted it. I then cut out the paper and used it as a stencil on the micarta, used my bandsaw to get rid of the over excess and then started on it my new 1x30 belt sander. once I got the shape right I outlined the tang by lining up the blade the way I wanted it and retraced the tang and then used my dremel for 3 houres to hollow out the cavitys for the tang. I then used my drmel to put dimples in the micarta for added epoxy adherence and to hopefully prevent splippage. I use Devcon plastic steel epoxy in the 24 hour cure time
