Well I took my bk10 to work and did a little beltsanding. I still have to strip the coating and etch the letters in the blade.

From the one picture, it looks like you did a great job removing the ramp. I'd definitely be interested to see what else you have planned.

Well did a bit more to the bk10, etched the logos and stripped the coating. Also in the pics is my newest acquisition, the condor scout hatchet.

I love the looks of a rampless 10.....with just a little bit of wayne showing. :D
Nice work!

Rkmoore- I like the condor hatchet, it is hung slightly crooked parallel to the handle but is centered to the handle, not enough to worry about. It is of good quality, and the sheath is really nice. It now resides on my water bottle pouch instead of my fiskar hatchet. I just put the sheath strap through a piece of molle webbing on the side of the pouch and snapped it close to hang it.

Good work, still haven't de-ramped any Beckers but every time I see one it gets me wanting to do it.

Thought I'd give tiger stripes a try, first time doing any sort of design on a blade other than etching logos. Let me know what you think!

Looks pretty nice. I did it similar to my bk9, then soaked in vinegar for an hour. Well done.
