Did they ship old 112's in 110 sheaths?

Mid/late 70's 112's, did the factory utilize standard 110 sheaths for these? My (original?) shows "110" on the back/bottom of the holster, it fits OK but is a little tight. Thanks for the response.

No. Yours is the first I've heard of this happening.
I'm sure slip-ups can happen. DM

I have several Category 1, Version 1 Buck 112 knives and all but one has the original sheath from May 1972. They have 2 rivets on the back, 112 above the belt loop, Buck on the snap and a fancy BUCK on the front flap.
