This is the link to a picture on a site. It shows the first FEMALE serving with the Gurkha Units (UK). She is an officer and is serving with the Logistics arm. But still, I don't recall us mentioning anything about this new event happening. I'm not a sexist and am all for women serving their respective country. But this might be something of a danger to us all. She has the authority to request shipments of kukhris, she can find many hiding places for them, and WE can't get any of them.

I'll bet either Berk or Bill Paxton could dig out an e-mail contact, and I'm sure there would be at least one of us who could overcome his bashfulness long enough to invite her.

I just took another look....Either Pvt. Romchandra is the only 6' Gorkha in existance, or she is just pocket-size. They are the most dangerous kind. I know. I married one.

Okay,

I sent out an e-mail invitation to the site that published the article on Lt. Sparks... I asked that if possible, they forward it on to her, or help locate a contact so we could extend an invitation

Who knows... maybe it'll work. It would be nice to have some more women folk around in the cantina... Sandi and her sister are already spoken for ... so is Bella by the way (where has she been lately??).

I've been up WAY too long now... I should go take my meds and get some sleep...
