Did you send it through the forum or regular email client? I'd send it again just to be safe. I missed a really great knife once because I used the BF email system. Grrr!

Yeah, if possible, always send the email directly. So far, I've gotten more reliable answers from a magic eight ball than from the emails sent through the BF servers.
