Didn't get a turkey but got some sweet pics of my 16

My buddy and I went out hunting on Saturday and today (cant' hunt on Sundays in PA). We didn't get any turkey unfortunately but I did manage to get some decent pics of my 16 in some beautiful spots.




Dave caught me whittling away at a stick with my 16 while in a lull on Saturday



Just thought I'd share. Any day in the woods is a good day. We made fires both days and worked on feather sticking etc. Just generally enjoyed nature and the outdoors.

Yes sir it is! I have to admit that I was rather bummed at the lack of action today. Saturday the woods were a bustling and the turkeys were very responsive. My buddy almost got one completely in for a shot, but last second it got hung up. Today we really didn't get much action so that kind of stunk. Playing with our knives and making a nice fire made it all better.
