Could someone explain to me the difference between a v grind and a convex grind? Not being funny here. I really want to know. I have several knives but never paid much attention to the different grinds. I just took them as they came from the factory but I've seen a number of people saying that they have reground a knive to give it a convex edge. Thanks.
