difference between BM141 and BM140?

Can anyone tell me the difference between the two models ? Does anyone have any expierience with these models. Can anyone tell me about the kydex sheath that comes with the BM 140, is it similar to the BM 141 sheath?

The 140 is a drop point (curved belly) whereas the 141 is a tanto point (flat/no belly). Otherwise, the knive, and the sheath are the same.

Oh, the 140 is available in 154CM or M2 highspeed steel, whereas the 141 is only available in 154CM.
