Does anybody know what the difference(s) is (are) between the Buffalo Soldier and the Groove Master? In my eyes they appear the same but, I am sure they have to differ somewhere  ; the thing is where though  ?

Thanks,

George

Well for one, the BS is 1/4" thick and the GM is 3/16, the blade is longer on the Buffalo Soldier and has a straight/curved back. The BS is also serialized.

If you look at them side by side they look like cousins. The green Buffalo Soldiers had a swedge grind on the clip. They both have a small thumb ramp over the front talon hole area. The BS has a longer one over the main portion of the spine. The GM has a smaller, thumb sized ramp. They are both 3/16" stock, sorry Tim you missed that one. Also I have not seen a serial numbered version of either blade. The GM I have is sterile and all of the BSs I have had were marked only with the Busse Combat logo. Either is a good blade, but I really like the BS. I have one I carried and used nearly daily for at least a year.

I must be getting old, I was thinking "Tanker A", don't mind me..................

Hey randucci-
Do you still live in Washington state? I was just curious if it rains a lot where your at. I've heard it pours in Seatle the majority of the year. Some of my family lives in Spokane but I've never really heard them talk about a lot of rain. I know Grundge Rock started there. Nirvana, Great band.

Sorry, I don't mean to hijack the thread......

Spokane is on the dry side of the state, Seattle on the wetter!

I don't think it's hijacked. I figured his questions had been answered. My bad. Thanks for answering mine though.
