Difference between RC-3 and RC-3Mil

I was wondering what the difference is. And, just to beat you to the punch, I mean more than just the spelling. I see some of each shown on the forum and wondered if there were any significant differences.

the pommel on the ESEE-3 Mil has a glassbreaker and has a serial number. the ESEE 3 has a rounded pommel. AFAIK
 
the mil has the sharpened back for glass breaking, but it also comes with the molle sheath & front pouch, which saves a few $4 over buying them separate.
If you don't want the sheath additions, buy a regular ESEE3 and sharpen the glass breaker yourself.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but the mil also has canvas micarta vs the linen micarta on the regular non-G10 RC-3, well except for the desert colored non-mil RC-3, I believe it also has canvas instead of linen?
 
this question comes up every week if you look back a few pages you'll see a few threads with same title. yes canvas micarta scales as well on the MIL
 
All the online dealers seem to be out of the MIL. What a pity cause im looking to buy one before the new stock comes out. Anyone know who has them available?
