Difference bewtwen a Chairmans Edition and 50th Anniv 110?

All 110's built in 2014 except the Federal and Alaskan Guide LE's have a 50th anniversary tang stamp.
The Chairman 110 version has the Chairman's signature etched on Cherry colored dymondwood scales and a nickel silver frame. Also a brown leather sheath new for 2014.
The standard 110 has a Macassar Ebony veneer dymondwood scales and a brass frame along with a 50th anniversary insert on the handle. The sheath may be black leather or nylon depending on source.
