What is the difference between the Nighthawk #650BB and #650C? Thanks for your help!

Hi,Joe will probably have a better answer, but on some models I have the B or the C indicates box or clam pack. This may apply to the 650's also.

The Nighthawk 650BB is the model that has the non-black oxided blade and the BB refers to it being bead-blasted. I have one of them and am really pleased with it. It was discontinued a few years ago, but I really do not know exactly when.

I do not think that I have heard of the model 650C. If it is stamped on the blade the C may be the year code. If so, it should indicate 1995.

Yes,
What Wray said! BB on the box means bead blasted. C could mean clam packed or, if it is on the blade stamp, a 1995 date code.
