Differences between SnG CC and SnG.

Learning about Striders and I was wondering if somebody could tell me the difference between the SnG CC and regular SnG. Besides the fact that the CC is "Concealed Carry" which means it has smoothed G10 handle and rounded butt... are there any differences in width of handle scales or blade? I'm assuming that toughness has not been compromised in the CC model?

Would anyone have comparison pictures between the two?

Thank you.

From BLG. I had a CC. It Felt More refined. F&F was perfection and it came with a case. It's basically just a "pimped" SNG. Like the Gunner grip models. Actually get a GG SNG if you want "More". Or Go balls out and Grab a GG SMF.

CC SNG-Model SnG Overall Length: 7.5"
Blade Length: 3.75"
Blade Thickness: 3/16"
Material: S30V Steel

CCs and DGGs handles are not as thick but the blade is the same thickness. The black one is a CC

The one on the left is the plain-jane SnG, correct? Are the thinner handles on the CC at all a concern with robustness?

Great photos - I appreciate you posting them.

Thanks.

The left one is a "Pimped" one, but yes it's as thick as a normal SNG.

I like the DGG and CC better, because they ride so well in your pocket. If I was "using" the knife a lot through out the day I would get a regular because it feels better in hand due to the thicker handle.

I don't think you can go wrong with a SNG

Primary use for one, if I decided to pick one up, would be outdoors at camp or hiking trips. Aesthetically, I like the CC more as it seems a much more refined piece than the regular SnG.

For hard use, go regular style SNG. The "lego" handle locks in your hand, and is less slippery than the CC. I have a PT-CC and it's the cat's meow, but a smaller, different knife. I use the regular, plain jane SNG for bigger work.
