Different IWB sheath for RC-3

I'm not a gold member yet so the search is disabled, I remember seeing a couple of different carry methods for an RC-3. The sheath that comes with it is phenomenal but when i wear it inside the waistband, it sits a little too high for my liking. i live in Philadelphia where a genius local ordinance has made carrying any knife illegal, i'm not too worried about that as i have a CWP but i like to limit my headaches.

So does anyone have any recommendations for a sheath that'll sit just a little lower on the belt?

Making some paracord belt loops using the top holes in the sheath make the knife pretty low it would appear. Have you tried that method or have you been using the boot clip or something? An aftermarket kydex sheath might be a good solution, but to make it ride any lower, the holes would need to be all the way at the top of the sheath. Doesn't look like you'd gain too much.
