Differentiating among Morseths

How does one identify Steve Morseth-era knives from Harry Morseths (using laminated blades rather than A-2), and Russells?

To the casual observer the older knives have different sheaths. Knives sold by AGR have newer sheathes and most that I've seen have the year manufactured stamped on the blade.

I'd check out the book "Keen edge of Perfection"…..or, you can always post a pic as some of us a very familiar with the blades/handles/styles/sheaths and can quickly tell you what you have.
