So the wife comes in from school just now and says something to the effect that she will take Kim to school with her tomorrow so that I can get in a day's fishing. I've had to put up with this sort of crap for 35 years now.

So I'm off to Central Alabama, See ya' later.

Daniel, I am still going to try to be back for the gun show, but it is no longer a sure thing.
 
Mike! You need to put your foot down. I don't know how you deal with this? :p
But howz she with the INFI purchasing;)

She comes to Blade with me and is my enabler. We have had something like the following conversation several times, both at Blade and in regard to internet sales:

Me: "I'd like to have one of those but I have already spent too much money."
Her: Well, if you don't get it now while you can you'll regret it later."

She will not be at Blade with me this year, and as a result I will probably buy less.:(

She has only asked me how much a knife cost one time. And it happened to be my Fusion Bowie, by far and away the most I ever paid for a Busse. When told her, she just nodded and said nothing else. That's the closest I have come to having a negative comment from her.:eek:
 
You have a good woman Mike:thumbup: Just like mine;) I don't know how my wifey puts up with me:p
 
I tell her that she's a lucky woman. She has me and a good dress for every day of the week. All she has to do is wash and dry it every night.
 
Yup, I got one out of the same fabric.

Very lucky some of us hogs are.....:thumbup:

Yeah, they're rare. To her credit, my wife didn't freak when she found out about the LE SJ-TAC.

She just shook her head. Oh, and the word "addiction" may have come up. :D

It's no wonder you sell so many knives. ;)
 
The Mrs. gave up on my knife purchases and fishing trips over a decade ago, she just knows both are inevitable, " I thought you just got a new knife" & " Don't hurry back" are 2 responses that come to mind:D
