digitally controlled gas ht furnace questions..

I tried this on another forum.. but I thought I would here as well

So, I understand the basic concept of.. the thermocouple tells the brain when its hot enough, which shuts off a solenoid, choking the gas.. and anyway, I was wondering if someone who has put one together could help me out picking the electrical components.. (brain)...

Someone posted a link to this one a while ago on the other forum, and I was wondering if this combination of parts would actually work.. It just seems wholly too cheap to me

I'm sure I am missing something, but as far as I can think.. It seems like all I would have to do is link the solenoid somewhere in the fuel line, and wire it to the brain?
If I get this figured out.. hopefully it will become a work in progress so other people can do the same..
