Does anyone know anything about this fake ivory called Digory? From what I've read it's 3D printed and museums in Europe are using it to repair/replace ivory parts on antiques.
I wonder how it stacks up to Resin+S etc.
 
There are blocks of fake ivory for sale at wood carving websites. It's not as cheap as most woods, I thought it was pricey enough I haven't gotten any on a lark. From what I remember, it's stronger than your basic plastic, but not in the same league as G10 or Grivory. It's been a few years, maybe this Digory is worth looking into on a woodworking site.
