Ladies and Gents,

I've recently put a few things up for trade, specifically looking for a BK9. While I've not yet gotten an offer for the King, I have gotten an offer for a new in box RTAK II. I'm looking for reasons why I shouldn't pull the trigger on this one. Maybe I should learn from earlier mistakes. The BK2 captured my imagination, but I went with a 7 instead, thinking it would be more practical. Well, I've since traded the 7 for a 2 and couldn't be happier. Screw it, I'm holding out. Thanks for your time.

RTAK II is a good knife IMO but the balance is totally different than a BK9. It has a more neutral balance because the area under the scales is solid. The handles are kinda blocky too but that can be fixed easily by reshaping the scales.

Overall, I prefer the BK9. It's shorter overall and balanced much better.
