Dimensions of sex screws?

I had a ton of these awesome stainless black screws from BladeTech that were pretty short (probably 1/8" from the bottom of the head to the bottom of the screw). I ran out. I have longer ones but they're too long for most scenarios. Anyone know the dimensions of what I should be looking for as a replacement? (i.e. 2-56 or whatever?) Anyone have a good source for black ones, either SS that are painted or whatever they do to them or aluminum? I'd like Torx if they're out there, which they probably are, but I can find 'em if I knew the size. Thanks in advance!

Pretty personal topic. I can assure you it's a lot more than 1/8" from the head to the bottom of my sex screw!

You might try MSC for them, but make sure you say HEX screws or the lady will call you names, and hang up on you!!

Hahaha jackasses. Now just answer the dang question, please. I guess I could've said "Chicago" screws, but none of you pervs would've responded that way (not that you really helped at all).

Guess I can't really help much either but I do remember from watching a Gene Osborne video that he made a 1/8" thick plate drilled and tapped that he ran a bunch of screws into. He then ground off the too-long parts of the threads flush with the back of the plate and viola!, 1/8" screws. Also, backing them out of the plate straightened out the little burr from grinding.

I have to admit, that's a pretty catchy title!

So no one is willing to help out, eh? Bastids. I should've just done this on my own.

Just looked at a screw website (huhuhuh.. he said screw) and it gave the dimensions of our friend the Chicago screw as 8-32 screw with 7/32" outer diameter for the female post. That sounds right to me and all the CS's I've seen in my time in this have been identical, so I assume this is accurate. Now, have fun ya wankas!
