Mini-Strider dimensions (by caliper):
Closed: 4.040 inch long by 1.00 wide by .690 inch thick (not including the clip).
Blade (when open): 2.950 inch by .990 inch wide by .177 thick at pivot end.
Pocket clip results in tip up carry. Strider/Buck symbol just to left of thumb stud when open. Boz flame on opposite side of blade.
Clip has three screws. Screws are threaded into G10 scale only. Titanium liner on inside has a circular cutout to prevent clip screws from bottoming out on liner. (My question is, "Why not drill and thread the liner and use slightly longer screws to prevent stripped threads?")
Liners are on both sides of opening. Liners are .066 inch thick. I assume liners are titanium.
Thumbstud is not knurled but has a full cirle grove just .035 from top of stud.
Liners have circular cutouts for above mentioned clip screw ends, lanyard hole (.152 inch diameter), and three spacing bushings. The cutouts were produced by wire EDM, thus no residual stresses or rounds and burrs from punched holes.
Blade is bead blasted to a soft gray. My knife has BG42 under Boz flame symbol.
There is file work on the liners and at the top back end of the blade. When blade is open, the file work grooves line up.
Sorry for the long post, but the only thing I don't have for you is the weight. Didn't think about it when I was at work. Have fun.
