one of my customers uses this one for his steaks:
http://www.wieland-der-schmied.de/messer_klassiker/03_X_287.html

now he ordered a matching fork:

W1 forged and spring-tempered
desert ironwood
length 18,5cm

bon appétit!

That without a doubt is the absolute coolest knife and fork set I have EVER seen!Your work continues to astound and amaze Gerhard!

WOW! That must be the nicest fork I've ever seen!

Kind regards,

Jos

I bet the steaks taste better when he uses these. That fork looks like it has more than just three dimensions. Gorgeous!

forkin' eh! That's awesome.

STUNNING work Gerhard! That is probably the coolest fork i've ever seen! Well done, and thanks for showing it.

Peter

真是酷的叉子.

如果再有一把湯匙就整組了.

Your topic heading sums it up. They define style. I agree, he needs a spoon. How does he eat his cereal? Todd

thank you all for your posts!
I`m glad you like it even if it doesn´t cut...

this thing began as a joke-idea and fun-project and developed (for me) to an odd job getting this critter symetrical.
I´m quite sure: it will stay a single piece!
...and I hope that my customer prefers steaks and not soups or cereals...!

gerhard :-)))

If I had this fork I would refuse to use anything else to eat with. Cereal would be difficult but I would find a way.
