Dinner with a Brahma-No Bull

Getting quite fond of my new 117 Brahma,


Couple of steaks, one laced with salt and Montreal Steak,
the other one with Alpine Seasonings Glacier Pepper and Seasoned salt.


Spuds in the foil, sliced real thin. Added garlic, onions, red & green peppers, Garlic salt and Glacier Pepper.


After a twelve minute rest period,


Rinse,
 
looks like it was a good meal there.

one thing I always liked about this 117 Brahma besides the leather obviously, is the no fuller. just looks better.
